Travelling Kitchen: Tropical Green Smoothie | Eileen Aldis

Since I'm travelling around the world as a nomad this year, I'm making stops in many different kitchens! In my Travelling Kitchen series, I show you how to make foods inspired by wherever I am. I'm currently in Mexico indulging in all the fruits on offer here so today is a quick and easy recipe for a healthy tropical green smoothie! Do you like smoothies? Please comment below and tell me your favourite ingredients to add! My two favourites, that I consider health heroes, are fresh ginger and turmeric.

RECIPE:

2 big handfuls of spinach
1 small banana
Half an avocado
Big chunk fresh ginger
2 inch chunk fresh turmeric
Small handful fresh pineapple
Cold water
~ Blend it all up and enjoy! Buen provecho! ~
