지민 (Jimin) 'Like Crazy' MV REACTION
I would be lying if I said I saw this coming from miles away! Out of every genre and style he could have chosen for a title track, retro mixed with some Berlin rave music wasn’t on my bingo card for sure! That said, that was enjoyable to listen to though I do feel puzzled as to why he decided to go for this song to be the title track because ‘Set me free part 2’ had a bigger impact on me personally. But I have to say, this song was emotionally easier to take in! I found the “high/drunk” sensation fascinating because the feeling of echo and sound wave that we can see on the cover of the album can be felt through the song AND MV which helps the whole “I’m floating” vibes a lot. It was a hazy, hypnotic feeling and a somewhat complicated one.
Overall, I would say that this song is more of a grower than anything else right now. Though, I have to applaud how his two tracks made me feel things from within and that, to some degree, make me feel alive if that makes sense. It’s something that can be felt through the two tracks so far: they feel real, they feel alive and thus I receive that feeling as well. I really enjoyed how this whole album felt so thoroughly thought out and executed so beautifully!
