Directions:
Place 1-2 spaghetti squash on a rack in your electric pressure cooker. Add 1 cup of water and pressure cook on high for 15 minutes. Immediately release the pressure. Carefully remove the squash and allow to cool enough to handle. Or, place in an ice bath for quick chilling.

Cut the ends off of the squash and then cut in half. Peel the skin off. If the squash doesn't have a natural split, use scissors or a sharp knife to slit the skin and it will peel off easily. Cut each half in half for 4 thick slices. Remove the seeds from the center with a fork and then carefully separate the strands into mounds. Place each mound on a parchment lined tray and freeze overnight.

Vacuum seal them individually or in the number of portions you want to reheat at once. Freeze until you are ready to use them.

You can reheat them from frozen in a skillet or steam them.
