超下饭的砂锅豆腐😋汤汁浓郁,吸满汤汁的豆腐超级好吃,配上米饭两碗都不够‼️💯

材料:5片白菜、1块胡萝卜、3个香菇、1把碗豆、1块生姜、3瓣蒜、1把葱白、1小块肉、1块豆腐、水淀粉
酱汁:1勺蚝油、1勺生抽、少许胡椒粉、半勺麻油、半勺鸡精、250克清水

1)把白菜、胡萝卜、香菇、生姜、肉、豆腐切块&片;蒜切末、葱白切段
2)热锅热油,把豆腐下锅炸至两面金黄捞出
3)锅留底油,下入葱白姜蒜爆香,加入香菇&肉炒一下
4)倒入白菜、胡萝卜、碗豆继续翻炒,加入调好的酱汁,盖上锅盖焖2分钟再加入水淀粉勾芡煮至浓稠就可以了
5)准备砂锅,倒入菜&豆腐,盖上锅再焖1分钟,最好撒上葱花即可出锅❤️

Ingredients: 5 pieces of cabbage, 1 piece of carrot, 3 pieces of mushrooms, 1 handful of sweet peas, 1 piece of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 handful of green onion, 1 small piece of meat, 1 piece of tofu, water starch
Sauce: 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, a little pepper, half a spoon of sesame oil, half a spoon of chicken essence, 250 grams of water

1) Cut cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, ginger, meat, tofu into pieces & slices; mince garlic and scallions
2) Heat oil in a hot pan, deep fry the tofu until golden on both sides and remove
3) left some oil in the pan, add green onion, ginger and garlic to saute until fragrant, add mushrooms & meat and fry for a while
4) Pour in the cabbage, carrots, and beans and continue to stir fry, add the prepared sauce, cover the lid and simmer for 2 minutes, then add water and starch to thicken and cook until thickened.
5) Prepare the claypot, pour in the vegetables & tofu, cover the pan and simmer for 1 minute, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve ❤️
