A Mooney M20K crashed in a wooded area about three minutes after departure from Rwy 13 at St. Augustine-Northeast Florida Regional Airport, FL (SGJ).
The aircraft was attempting an emergency return to the point of departure of SGJ due to an opened door.
The two occupants were fatally injured and, the aircraft was destroyed.
