To get the best sound from your Galaxy Buds Live, make sure you’re wearing them properly. First you’ll want to attach the wing tips to make them fit comfortably. Choose which of the two sizes is best for your ear, and then wrap them around the charging contacts at the top of the buds. Before placing the buds in your ears, check the direction of them to make sure the speaker-end is on the bottom so it will sit at the lower part of your ear. Once inserted, tuck the top half of the bud in the upper part of your ear. Remember not to push them in too far. This can affect sound quality, interfere with the microphone reception, and cause Bluetooth connectivity issues.
