Chained and forced to live in a drum in the heat, the dog desperately asked for help

Thanks to a neighbor's report, we learned about the case of two dogs, Teddy and Sweetie, who lived in a garden under the hot sun and couldn't go anywhere.
We had debates to give them a new life and we succeeded, they are living the life they were dreaming about.
