Toro Taku's original Sushizen (Susukino) vs Chef Hiro

The first thing that came to my mind when I decided to travel to Hokkaido was to visit a sushi restaurant in Hokkaido. Then, I went to Sushizen Susukino Restaurant in Sapporo City.
Sushizen is the original Toro Taku restaurant, and the Susukino restaurant is the founding restaurant of Sushizen.
The chef is a very friendly person, and the elegant interior is very comfortable, and the delicious food and sushi satisfied both my stomach and my mind.
The chef told us about sushi in Hokkaido, about Sushizen's sushi, and about the owner. I learned that the chef of Susukino restaurant is a relative of the founder, Mr. Tsutomu Shimamiya. I also learned that Mr. Tsutomu Shimamiya is a famous person whom I have often seen on TV, and that he was awarded the "Medal with Yellow Ribbon" in the fall of 2011.

When sushi chefs go to sushi restaurants, we learn a lot and reconfirm the appeal of sushi. Which sushi restaurant should we visit next?
