The reason I came to Kaohsiung's Liuhe Night Market was because I wanted to see the cooking process of griddle fried rice.
I had seen it in a video before, but I thought it was cool to see how it was made, so I wanted to see it with my own eyes.
It was exciting and cool to see them actually making it.
Of course, I ordered the fried rice and tried it.
The rice was fluffy and the seasoning was just right and it was very delicious.
The fried rice I had for the first time in Taiwan was exceptional.
If I come to this night market again, I would like to eat there again.

高雄の六合夜市に来た目的は、鉄板チャーハンの調理工程が見たかったからです。
以前に動画で見たことがあったのですが、豪快に作る姿がかっこよかったので、自分の目で見てみたかったんです。
実際に作っている姿は豪快でかっこよかったです。
もちろん炒飯を頼んで食べてみました。
お米がパラパラで味付けも程よくとても美味しかったです。
台湾で初めて食べた炒飯は格別でした。
またこの夜市に来ることがあれば食べに行きたいと思います。
