So far today, Johnny Depp's lawyers requested that the judge dismiss Heard's $100M countersuit. Heard's legal team defended the countersuit against a motion to dismiss by Depp's legal team made in court on Tuesday. Judge Penney Azcarate rejected a motion from Depp's attorneys to toss out a $100 million counterclaim she filed against Depp. Heard's legal team rested its case Tuesday.
