In this video, Dr. Joe talked about the 6 exercises to strengthen the muscles around the knee. These exercises can prevent the knee from cracking and pain during walking up and down the stairs. The muscles such as the quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, and glutes all work together to allow go range of motion of the knee. Remember, if during or after doing the exercises, you feel more pain and discomfort, please consult a doctor for further professional treatments.
