Haruna cooks a steamed dish without a steam cooker. She uses by a saucepan only. And the way is very simple. She hope that you make try her way.

1-1/4 inch Japanese radish (round slice)
1 oz Ground chicken
1/3 oz Renkon (lotus root)
1/3 oz Maitake mushroom
1/2 tsp Grated ginger
1/2 Siso leaf(green perilla)
salt

For sauce
1/3 oz Kanikama (crab sausage)
2/3 tsp Dark colored soy sauce
2/3 tsp Japanese instant bouillon
Katakuriko starch




片手鍋一つで作る蒸し料理
鶏つみれの大根蒸し

大根 3cm
鶏ひき肉 30g
れんこん 10g
まいたけ 10g
しょうが 小さじ1/2
しそ 1/2枚


タレ
カニかま 10g
濃口醤油 小さじ2/3
和風だしの素 適量
片栗粉 適量
