Recorded & Digitalized off original recorded VHS tapes which were later transferred through a DVD burner (cir.2002) now restored and making its debut on my Phenia Film MLB archival page. there are some audio issues volume changing (up and down) from the original VHS tape to DVD conversion, no need to adjust the volume it is what it is.
Bryn Smith vs Bobby Ojeda as the Mets get to Smith early in this one, scoring six runs by the end of the third inning including Howard Johnson's 27th Home run of the 1989 season a three run HR in the 1st. Home runs from Kevin Elster in the fourth and hitting his 2nd Home Run as a NY Met Juan Samuel in the sixth.
Bobby Ojeda earns his seventh win of the season, going 7.2 Innings allowing four runs on eight Expo hits, Bryn Smith gets his fifth Loss of the season.
