A single-segment, 100% speedrun of all of Quake on Nightmare difficulty. Done on newest JoeQuake, vanilla Quake physics and 72FPS limit.

A 406 second improvement over the previous record by Justin "Optic" Fleck.

Weeks of daily hard work paying off nicely! Very proud of this demo. In many runs I had late deaths or missed a single secret or kill, so this is my first and only run to be finished 100%. This was mostly down to prioritizing speed and strats over consistency. You can see in Episode 4 that the nerves were starting to get to me, especially around e4m6.

Notable strats introduced in this marathon run include:
-e1m8: Connor's 0:50 route
-e1m5: Arturo route, maxing the quad as much as I can(failed it here because usually I can get the last 2 fiends with that quad)
-e1m6: Spike trap skip(got unlucky and the ogre made me doublecheck the area to ensure the kill)
-e2m3: Early grenadejump to quad and clearing upper area first
-e2m7: Great quad timing
-e2m5: Rocketjump to last quad
-e2m6: Classic ER lightning gun bug and elevator cycle skip to save 15+ seconds overall
-e3m1: Chambers' 1:18 route
-e3m2: Lament's ogre optimisation
-e3m4: Early grenadejump out of water to rocket launcher, quad rocketjumps and lightning gun bug at the end to kill the water elevator ogre
-e4m2: Marathon-friendly version of my 1:16 demo, unfortunately I made a costly mistake with the voreboost at the end that could have been avoided with a missile reset and just being more patient. Usually I can get a 1:35 or below easily here.
-e4m3: Stubby's IL route
-e4m4: Stubby's old Qd100Qest 2:49 route
-e4m6: Grenadejump for early rocket launcher and quad rocketjumps everywhere
-e4m7: Qd100Qest backwards route copy
-end: Sphere's lightning gun bug setup and intermission kill to save a minute and more
