小学校・中学校の国語の教科書掲載作品である「杜子春」（芥川龍之介　原作）をアニメ化しました。なるべく原作に忠実にしつつ、言葉やシチュエーションに多少の変更を加えています。

裕福な家庭に生まれるも、散財し、貧乏になってしまった杜子春。不思議な老人に会い、大金を手にします。様々な試練の末に、杜子春が気付いた「幸せ」とは何だったのでしょうか？杜子春と仙人・鉄冠子との面白いやり取りと共にお楽しみ下さい。

Here is a story that appears in elementary and junior high school textbooks in Japan ー "Toshishun" written by Ryunosuke Akutagawa. The story will ask you the meaning of real happiness.

In the ancient Tang dynasty of China, a young man called Toshishun was aimlessly looking at the sky. He was born in a rich family, but had used up all his money and became homeless. He is now wondering whether he should jump into the river to quit his life. Then, a mysterious old man appears and tells him to dig a hole where he points out.....

Dialogues are in Japanese. But both English and Japanese subtitles are available.

Our channel name is "Bungo Anime." In Japanese, "Bungo" means "great writers". We plan to make animations of Bungo's works.
