Frankly, the lead is a coinflip. Pheromosa can either stay in and CC (making it a free Volt Switch into my Booster Energy Flutter Mane) or switch out to Eternatus.
And then he just throws the match instantly and sends out Miraidon against my Speed-boosted Mane. You can't make this shit up. Crit barely mattered either, while Moonblast doesn't kill otherwise, neither does Miraidon's Electro Drift. Yveltal would have been a safer pick, doing from 74 to 87% with Sucker Punch. Modest Yveltal, I will add.
Eternatus is another reason why I'd rather have Chien-Pao sometimes, but oh well.
Something with at least 110 Speed for Mega Metagross is advisable, as long as they don't superdie to Bullet Punch. Thankfully Ogerpon won one of the two speed ties here. If it lost both that would have been a reset.
Ditto can be easily baited and dispatched if you back it into a corner like I did.
Anyway WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO THE PROFESSOR OAK SCENE MUSIC??? HUH???
