'Human disaster' the result of a recession and rising fuel bills
Liz Truss supporter Iain Duncan Smith says if we end up with a recession on top of rising fuel bills, then it will lead to "human disaster".
He backs Ms Truss' pledge to lower taxes, which he says is "important" to avoid the possibility of a recession coming in winter as fuel demand increases to warm households.
