Alexander Stamatiadis, director - "Having attended several of my brother's matches and training sessions, I have long wanted to do a project around athletes with disabilities and their incredible resilience and determination. After several conversations with Alexandra, she told me that what she fears most is closing her career without getting a placement in the next Paralympic Games. This is for Alexandra and me, the honesty and reality we wish to portray in this film."
(Alexandros's inspiration was derived by his close environment, particularly his brother Pavlos, that is a swimmer with hemiplegia, and a great source of inspiration for him.)
Alexandra Stamatopoulou, Paralympics swimmer - "I feel honored and happy to have collaborated with the whole team for the creation of Theodore's videoclip. It was very important to have constant communication and guidance in order to achieve a polished performance, that was a success having loved this song and being able to perform it in the best possible way. I had in my mind that nothing stands in the way of our dreams. My motto is "No limits, no age," meaning that age does not determine the strength we hold within us."
Theodore - “With “PEAK”, I am not trying to philosophize and analyze human existence. I am thinking that sometimes it is pointless to do so, and we should focus on enjoying the little things everyday life ahs to offer. Living your life actually and not in your head.”
