Early Morning Close Up Take offs at Manchester Airport | 08-11-18

Evening all. I decided to head up to Manchester this month to catch some of the action, of which a few things have changed since my last visit in August, I thought I'd try and get here early to get the early morning departures, unfortunately I couldn't spot any earlier due to it being dark, that is the compromise of the Autumn and Winter months sadly.
Anyhow, plenty about for a Thursday morning, not as many heavies as I'd hoped for, but still some nice movements, notably the Jet Airways A330, of which is Manchester's newest Long haul carrier, only launching the Mumbai route on the 5th November. It was also very nice to see some aircraft changes from Qatar and Etihad, Qatar now using A350's, and Etihad using their 787-9. I am looking forward to coming back next month, Etihad are currently set to use their new 787-10 on the Manchester route so that will be something worth seeing. In addition to that there will be the new Ethiopian route, and Cathay Pacific are due to change from A350-900 to A350-1000's! Very exciting times ahead for the North
Movements include: Emirates A380, Qatar A350, Etihad 787-9, TUI 787, 757 and 737's, Thomas Cook A321's, Virgin 747, Singapore A350, Jet Airways A330, Jet2 757 and 737's, Easyjet A319, A320's and 3 A320 NEO's, Air France A319, Lufthansa A319, Flybe Dash 8's, Loganair E135, Ryanair 737's and more!
