Learn how to make homemade nutella with just 6 simple ingredients. This chocolate spread without hazelnuts recipe is easy and very tasty.
In addition to being one of the easiest recipes you’re likely to find, it has officially changed mind when it comes to the chocolate spread phenomenon. Maybe it has to do with actually making it myself, but the flavor truly cannot be beat.

Ingredients

• 2 cup whole milk
• 1 cup sugar (or to taste)- can substitute any sweetener
• 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp. wheat flour
• ½ teaspoon vanilla
• 200g butter

Instructions

Add the sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder and wheat flour to a bowl and mix thoroughly until combined. Continuing to mix, gradually add the half of milk.
Pour out the rest of the milk (1 cup) into the saucepan and bring to a boil. Add chocolate mixture. Process until all the ingredients are incorporated and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add the butter. Blend for another minute until all the ingredients are combined smooth.
Slowly bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 10 minute. Than to cool down the homemade nutella.
Keep in a jar with a tight fitting lid in a cool place. It will last for 5 days.
