I decided to work on something Michael Jackson related but that isn't Billie Jean related cause for the past month I have been uploading mainly only Billie Jean videos so I thought to myself why not make a change for a bit. Smooth Criminal has got to be one of my other favorite Michael Jackson hits so I decided to remaster one of my favorite concerts that includes the track. For today's addition to the list, I remastered the Dangerous World Tour concert live in Mexico City on November 7, 1993. The current leaks only of this concert available are just selected tracks, with Smooth Criminal being in one of them. I then decided to remaster Smooth Criminal out of the tracks since that is notable one of my favorite tracks, and also since it is also one of my personal favorite Smooth Criminal performances during the Dangerous World Tour.
After the successful remaster on the Bremen 1992 video, I decided to apply the same technique with this remaster and got some pretty good results using Topaz Video Enhance AI. I am honestly once again very satisfied with this video remaster and it has got to be another one of my bests again. And of course I tried to color correct the footage since it lacked contrast and exposure in some parts, notably lacking the warmth in most parts. I also increased the highlights and saturation giving it more of a clean and fresh look. The hue has also been slightly adjusted to give it a more solid blue tint instead of the annoying greenish tint that was present in the video. I am also pretty satisfied with the result of my audio enhancement. And if you listen carefully, I increased the bass to give it a more solid and impactful feel. The dynamic range of the audio was also increased, as I increased the treble and added a slight crystallization effect to it. I also tried to make the audio as clear as possible. Then to finish things off, I added a slight touch of reverb to it to give it an enhanced listening experience with headphones. This was accomplished using Dolby and Audacity.
For those who didn't know the third leg of the Dangerous World Tour had a lot of problems, with Michael undergoing through a lot of health problems such as dehydration, surgeries, collapsing before the shows, along with other problems that ended up resulting in tour cancelling and rescheduling. The tour was originally planned to run until around Christmas of 1993. The third leg of the Dangerous World Tour finally ended on November 11, 1993 after 24 of circa 43 planned dates mainly due to Jackson’s severe ill health and the stress of the accusations made against him. Due to the lack of concerts toured we also lack the amount of footage available for the third leg of the tour. Although I am hoping that they end up releasing the original film master of this concert and release it on Blu Ray, as it was apparently shot on 35mm. I also hope that we get more concerts from the third leg released pretty soon.

The Dangerous World Tour was the second world concert tour by American singer Michael Jackson to promote his eighth studio album Dangerous. The tour was sponsored by Pepsi-Cola. All profits were donated to various charities including Jackson's own "Heal the World Foundation". The tour ran from June 27, 1992, to November 11, 1993, playing 69 concerts to nearly 4 million people. In November 1993, Jackson ended the tour due to, as he announced, illness that required hospitalization. The performer became dependent on painkillers, having suffered from dehydration, migraines and injuries. Originally, the Dangerous World Tour was supposed to run until Christmas of 1993.
All concerts were professionally filmed by Nocturne Productions Inc., which filmed all of Jackson's tours and private affairs.
