(材料)
レモン 10個
グラニュー糖 304g
*果実と皮とタネを分けた後
レモン果実 250g
皮 45g
薄皮とタネ 45g
合計380g
重さ×80%=砂糖の量
砂糖の量はお好みでOK!
甘さ控えめは70%
