今日はエビクリームカレーを作ります。

エビ Prawns 500gm
ためねぎ Onion 150gm(中1個)
グリンチリ Green chilli 6本
ココナッツミルク Coconuts milk 200gm
ヨーグルト Yogurt 50gm
バターButter 20gm
ローリアの葉 Bay leaves 1個
レッドチリまるごと whole red chili 1個
シナモンスティック Cinamon stick 1個
カルドモン Cardomon 4個
クローブス cloves 4個
ターメリックパウダー Turmeric 1tsp
レッドチリパウダー Red chili 1tsp ガーラムマサラ Garam masala 1tsp
ニンニクすりおろし Garlic 1tbs 生姜すりおろし Ginger 1tbs 油 Oil 5tbs
塩 適量 Salt to taste
