IT’S YOUR TURN TO RUN - Tonight at Family Worship Center, night two of Resurrection Camp meeting, Pastor Tommy Bates of Independence Kentucky reads Hebrew 12:1-2, teaching on the race before us. It won’t be an easy race, for it will bloody our feet. We are in a time of harvest, and this is not a time for slumber. Reminding us of Ruth 3:3, who was to marry the Lord of the Harvest, and Naomi had to instruct Ruth of how to prepare herself with washing, by water, for her bridegroom. This typology teaches us how the blood bought believer is to be washed by the Word of God; the Holy Spirit will draw us to prayer, and God’s holiness and anointing will come upon us. This will lead to a true revival and the harvest will come in. He is coming back for a church without spot or wrinkle. Only the anointing of Jesus Christ can destroy the yoke of bondage, and the Lord will give us praise to Him like we’ve never known. Teaching on the seven different garments of praise that every believer has on the inside, Brother Bates reminds us how praise to the Lord will drive out all Satan’s efforts to steal, kill, and destroy. We must be ready for our bridegroom; He is coming for us. Revival is upon us. Keep on running, for what a glorious day that will be when we cross that finished line, and our Jesus we shall see.
