In this video, I show you my best tips for how to write meeting minutes. I show you how to prepare for the meeting by having a meeting minutes template to follow (along with my own meeting minutes example for how I write my meeting notes). I also recommend you to focus on some particular parts when actually taking minutes which are facts, decisions, actions, problems, questions and answers.

After you have written the meeting minutes down, I describe how to write meeting minutes by re-writing the notes so that it is clear and understandable to everyone. The last part is then to share and store the minutes!
