Straigthenting of lumbar spine, also referred to as a loss of lumbar lordosis, and flat back syndrome, can be a source of undetected lower back pain, leg pain. Straight lumbar spine can also cause disc injury, leading to lumbar disc bulges or lumbar disc herniations. Therefore, having a set of straightening of lumbar spine exercises can be very beneficial in supporting the normal lordosis of the lumbar spine. The goal is to improve the straight lumbar spine.
