食材配料清单
紫菜:30g 白糖:1大勺 生抽:1大勺
油:半勺 白芝麻:适量

详细做法
1、准备料汁,1大勺白糖用2大勺生抽化开,装在喷雾瓶子里备用
2、紫菜30g,撕成小碎片,撕好以后淋半勺油在上面,翻匀
3、拌匀之后转移到电饼铛或炒锅里,小火炒,5分钟左右开始变绿色
4、大部分变成绿色时喷上料汁,再撒白芝麻,先翻拌,把白芝麻拌匀
5、然后再喷一次料汁,撒第二次白芝麻,边拌边炒,把湿气炒出来
6、炒到翻拌时能听到脆脆的声音就可以了,盛出来,冷凉密封保存
