I joined "Miki Matsubara's band" in 1989.
She always gave great advice to me, who was almost a beginner.
Even now, more than 30 years later, the advice she gave me is still my pillar.
Regarding the guitar performance in this video, I feel like re-recording it again. But time is irreversible.
The quality may be low, but it seems certain that I'm playing hard more than 30 years ago.
I think Masaki Matsubara's guitar solo in this song is a historical masterpiece.
I still practice this guitar solo from time to time, but it's really difficult. That hearty texture seems to be still far away.

1990年、新宿サウンドハウスでのゲネプロ（本番前リハーサル）です。
30年以上も前の演奏で、僕の髪も長くて多いです(笑)。
今なお多方面で活躍を続ける高橋'JUNIOR'知治氏が少し前に加入しベースを弾いています。
長期保存のVHSビデオからのリッピングですので、映像や音声のずれや乱れ等ありますが何卒ご容赦下さい。
当時は雲の上の存在だったみきさんより、今ではひとまわり以上も年をとってしまいましたが、音楽力の差はいっこうに埋まりません(笑)。素晴らしいミュージシャンでした。
みきさんが住んでいた笹塚のマンション（眼下に首都高4号線が見えました）で、メンバーでお邪魔してデモテープづくりに励んでいたこととか、今でもたくさんの思い出が残っています。
1年弱の短い期間ですが、自分にとっては果てしなく濃密な時間でした。
