Reparata and the Delrons - Please Love Me Forever (1970)

Very nice version emulating the Cathy Jean and The Roommates remake from nine years earlier. Released on the 1970 album, "Rock and Roll Revolution". Before Cathy Jean, Tommy Edwards charted with the song in 1958. Most of the tracks on this album were recorded without Mary "Reparata" Aiese who had left the group by this time. The picture depicts the line-up of the group at the time of this recording. The song was also a hit for Bobby Vinton a few years before this.
