Our Root Chakra (also called “Muladhara” Chakra) is the connection with the physical body, the physical world and the energies of the earth. It represents security and stability and, being the first and lowest of our 7 main chakras, it is of fundamental importance to our balance.
A person with an open and healthy root chakra lives with a stable sense of security, grounding and deep trust. This person will feel safe and comfortable in his or her body and has developed an inner stability and security, regardless of changing and uncertain external circumstances.
Unfortunately, our Root Chakra often is obstructed by fear, anxiety and worries about the past, the present and/or the future. To release these fears and to feel secure and safe again, It is vital to have an opened and balanced Muladhara or Root Chakra. A state, that can help gain confidence and trust and thus find back to a stable state of assurance, inner calm and peace.
The present music for meditation and/or sleep is based on a natural 432Hz Chakra grid. According to this grid, the frequency our Root Chakra can resonate with, is 256 Hz.
For this meditation and/or sleep music, all instruments have been specifically and carefully tuned to 256 Hz. Therefore, the music in this video is an original 256 Hz composition and has not been artificially tuned to 256Hz after completion. I am convinced that composing music in the original frequency will lead to better results when it comes to deploying the positive energy and benefits of this particular Chakra frequency.
