As the name suggests, the JR Kyushu Oentai consists of JR Kyushu station staff, conductors, drivers, and cabin crew. With the opening of the entire Kyushu Shinkansen line in 2011, the group was formed with the aim of enlivening the region by performing at festivals and events held
throughout Kyushu.
In 2015, he participated in the YOSAKOI Soran Festival, the first competition in Hokkaido. In his U-40 category, which was established in 2014 for teams with less than 40 players, he earned the top rating among 65 teams and also won the U-40 Grand Prize.
