皮革産業の街、木下川（きねがわ）こと墨田区東墨田。荒川沿いに広がるこの街は皮の臭いが風に乗り、カラスが飛び交う。舗装のアスファルトに動物の皮の油脂が黒くこびりついた街を歩く。
