There are many ways of cooking scrambled eggs, the crazy chef prefers cooking them in a non-stick saucepan without whisking the eggs first, and sometimes adding creame fraisch to cool them down. After that adding salt and pepper to taste. But this is an alternative method to try.

A Michelin star chef has shared his way of cooking scrambled eggs in boiling water, whilst promoting his new cookery book.

Here we try and replicate this - beat the eggs first and pour into a whirlpool of hot water as if you were poaching them. Not as creamy but it is very quick and easier to clean up after - no scraping saucepans. Added some grilled bacon at the end.
