DOA PlayStation 2 Part 1: Testing the power supply

This PS2 I bought arrived DOA. I got no lights and no life. It can be a couple things but you have to start with the basics. Follow along as I diagnose the power supply as the likely culprit!
EDIT: There is an oopsie in this video testing if the power supply has power. Here is a recent video I did at the point I tested the power supply with a much better method :)
