9 tips and advice to treat salivary stones. Salivary stones are lumps that appear on the side of your neck particularly when you eat or have citrus fruits. This is when there is a blockage of the saliva ducts so the saliva cannot get out. I talk about some home remedies for these stones and how you can prevent salivary stones and ways to help pass them if you have them. I talk through the ways to prevent and treat salivary stones at home. I also remind people that neck lumps are potentially dangerous and you really ought to see your GP / Family doctor if you have one. You need to make sure that you aren't trying to self treat a cancer or something else serious in the neck. Please do not attempt these tips / advice without seeing a doctor.

CHARITY NFTs
I am going to start making a collection of NFTs about environmental projects I am passionate about. They aren't for sale yet, but once I have a few I will put them on the blockchain. All profits will be donated to charities. This first one is about plastic in the sea, and I will find a charity that will accept a crypto donation. I will also make a video one day explaining the benefits of NFTs. It also gives me a chance to flex some artistic brain cells I haven't used in many many years.
