This local restaurant was remodeled into an old house and it is very famous with the locals in Fukuoka city. Besides the great meal, customers also come here for the atmosphere.
The manager of this restaurant is Mr. Momiki.
Interestingly enough, his surname is quite rare in Japan.
Besides being such a likeable person, Mr. Momiki is very talkative and he also has a great personality.
Right after he graduated highschool, he started working at a restaurant in order to get experience.
Luckily enough, this restaurant is one of the long-established restaurants in the area which was a great first start.
There, he found a teacher who was able to teach him a variety of skills that helped him immensely.
One day, he saw a customer enjoying a dish so fondly. This immediately touched his heart.
He asks himself "Why does this man eat a meal with this much excitement?"
Due to that excited customer, Mr. Momiki has since made a goal to ensure that his customers will be delighted with their meals as much as that excited customer back then.
Now, his restaurant's counter is more open so he can talk to customers for a better atmosphere.
This is the kind of environment that he loves.
He really likes seeing customers who get super excited to eat the food in his restaurant.
