Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary on Monday (July 31) expressed displeasure over the statements of BJP leaders on the Manipur issue. He said that we had gone to Manipur with a delegation of MPs, the Prime Minister should also take the MPs of his constituents and then come and fight with us, that is why we have given a no-confidence motion. Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary also demanded that first No-confidence letter should be discussed. He said that when the no-confidence motion is pending, the discussion should be held on it first. The Delhi bill will also be discussed, but the no-confidence motion should be discussed first. He said that at present we have not received any information about the BAC meeting. Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal alleged that the opposition is doing politics on the Manipur issue. He said that when we accepted the opposition's demand for discussion on Manipur, he changed the letter and brought a no-confidence motion. He said that the opposition is only sitting stubbornly, whereas a solution should be found to the matter.
लोकसभा में विपक्ष के नेता अधीर रंजन चौधरी ने सोमवार (31 जुलाई) को मणिपुर मुद्दे पर बीजेपी नेताओं के बयान को लेकर नाराजगी जताई. उन्होंने कहा कि हम लोग तो सांसदों का प्रतिनिधिमंडल लेकर मणिपुर गए थे प्रधानमंत्री भी अपने घटक दलों के सांसदों को लेकर जाएं और फिर आकर हम से टक्कर लें इसीलिए तो हम लोगों ने अविश्वास प्रस्ताव दिया है.अधीर रंजन चौधरी ने यह भी मांग की कि पहले अविश्वास पत्र पर चर्चा होनी चाहिए. उन्होंने कहा कि जब अविश्वास प्रस्ताव लंबित है तो सबसे पहले चर्चा उस पर होनी चाहिए दिल्ली वाले बिल पर भी चर्चा हो जाएगी लेकिन पहले अविश्वास प्रस्ताव पर हो. उन्होंने कहा कि फिलहाल अभी बीएसी की बैठक के बारे में हमको कोई जानकारी नहीं मिली है. कानून मंत्री अर्जुन राम मेघवाल ने आरोप लगाया कि मणिपुर मुद्दे पर विपक्ष राजनीति कर रहा है. उन्होंने कहा कि विपक्ष की मणिपुर पर चर्चा की मांग को जब हमने स्वीकार कर लिया तब उन्होंने पत्र बदला और वह अविश्वास प्रस्ताव लेकर आए. उन्होंने कहा कि विपक्ष सिर्फ जिद पकड़ कर बैठा है, जबकि मामले का समाधान निकालना चाहिए
