마지막으로 소개할 공간은 LUMINARY FLOATING GARDEN으로 공중에 떠있는 섬의 절벽에 서서 아래로 펼쳐지는 숲과 바다를 정원처럼 내려다보는 신화적인 경험을 제공하고자 했습니다. 공중정원은 낮과 밤의 반전 있는 엔터테이닝한 공간으로 트렌디·유스타운 리조트를 대표하는 키테넌트를 목표로 디자인되었습니다.
이를 위해 부지를 포함한 숲 전체를 드론 스캐닝하여 3D공간을 통해 실제 높이를 파악해 최적의 뷰 포인트를 찾았습니다. 쇼핑몰 2층과 3층에 위치한 테라스는 다양한 F&B와 접해 있어 미식의 경험과 함께, 낮에는 푸른 바다와 숲을 조망할 수 있습니다. 밤이 되면 초대형 프로젝션을 통해 숲을 밝히며, 정각마다 펼쳐지는 아름다운 쇼를 감상할 수 있습니다.
Lastly, the featured space is the Luminary Floating Garden, designed to offer a mythical experience of standing on the cliff of a floating island, overlooking the forest and sea below like a garden. The space aims to be an entertaining space with a contrasting atmosphere between day and night, representing a key program of the resort.
To achieve this, the entire forest, including the site, was scanned using drones to determine the actual heights and find optimal viewpoints. The terraces located on the second and third floors of the shopping mall are positioned adjacent to various F&B establishments, providing a gastronomic experience while offering panoramic views of the blue sea and forest during the day. As night falls, the forest is illuminated with large-scale projections, presenting a beautiful show at every hour.
