Hello Skaters! Today I am going to teach you the basics of how to do a One Foot Spin! Learning to spin on one foot is a pretty important skill, and absolutely necessary if you are going to learn fancier spins in the future. Before working on this spin, make sure you know how to do a strong two foot spin, I have tutorials linked below for the most basic ‘Helecopter Spin’ as well as a proper two foot spin. She has held positions as the Skating Director of the largest skating program in the United States, as well as Head Coach at two different skating clubs. Julia has now turned her skills towards a larger audience and is bringing her love and knowledge of skating to all of you!
