Mega-events in heritage-rich cities: From research to principles and policy recommendations Part 1
This Webinar on July 8, 2021 introduced and launched the “Charter for Mega-events in Heritage-rich Cities” to help cities rich in culture host mega-events without putting their own heritage at risk as well as to use mega-events in effective ways to promote and protect tangible and intangible heritage. This morning session involved experts involved in organizing past and future cultural mega-events, discussing the relevance of the Charter for their cities.
