Many people think sushi mean raw fish but actually the meaning of sushi is; Su = vinegar » Shi = rice » = vinegary rice that’s why to make perfect sushi you have to know correct way to make perfect sushi rice so in this video I am showing how to make sushi rice at home and I also share my simple recipe about sushi rice vinegar.

Recipe for cooking in rice cooker
Rice: choose short grain premium sushi rice
Washing: wash rice till water becomes clean
Water: Equal quantity of uncooked sushi rice
Vinegar: if you have already sushi rice vinegar you can use 1/3rd of uncooked rice means 3 part of uncooked rice and 1 part seasoning vinegar
Mixing: after taking out rice form rice cooker ! mix vinegar while rice is hot

Now wait till it becomes cool 😊 Finally you have perfect sushi rice now start to make your favorite sushi
