Is it OK to stretch every day? Yes, when tolerated well. Should you stretch with a bulging disc? As long as the stretch doesn't cause any aggravation of pain. If there is acute pain, it is not useful to stretch as it might cause more pain. When is the best time to stretch morning or night? Both morning and night. How often to stretch? At least once a day, even twice is good. Evening stretches before bed are a good idea. Stretching twice a day, the stretchiing time can be after waking up an and before going to bed. How to stretch effectively is discussed in this video. Why stretch in the morning? Because muscles are stiff from lack of mobility while sleeping so stretching in the morning can help relieve that muscle stiffness/. Is it good to stretch with herniated disc? When it is not acutely inflamed and when it causes no increase in pain, it may be useul. Is it good to stretch with disc bulge like stretching for l4 l5 disc bulge?
