Who doesn’t love a delicious chocolate brownie? This one is made with quality ingredients, no flavouring, nuts or fruit, just chocolate, chocolate and even more chocolate. The key is to trust your oven and wait before slicing for that crispy outside and gooey middle, Chocolate heaven!

- First snap 250g of quality dark chocolate (70%) into a heatproof bowl
- Place the bowl on top of a pot with some water boiling inside
- Continue by melting your chocolate in the bowl
- Now add 250g of unsalted butter to the bowl
- Now melt everything together
- Crack 4 4 large eggs into a separate bowl
- Now add one cup of sugar
- Mix everything together
- Now sift 2 tablespoons of self-raising flour into the bowl
- Also sift and add 2 tablespoons quality cocoa powder
- Now gently fold everything together
- Now combine the contents of both bowl together
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper
- Pour the chocolate brownie mixture into the pan
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
