Ingredients
5-6 red chilli peppers (adjust according to your spice preference)
480 grm surgar
120 ML water
300 ML vinegar
60 ML Hondashi / Fish sauce (if you are vegetarian, you can add soy sauce or Tamari)
5-6 cloves of minced Garlic
30 grm ginger
8 grm corn-starch mixed with 15 ML water (For thickening)

Also, you can add half onion and tablespoons lime juice for extra texture
