People have become way more aware lately of how important it is to incorporate solid self-care habits in our routine. There are a lot of to do self-care. For instance last week we discussed the benefits of going on daily walks to reduce stress and improve your health and even your productivity. For those started on the self-care journey, having something on your phone that allows you check on yourself regularly and stay on track with several self-care habits on the go may be a good way to develop this awareness. Today we will be discussing 10 different self-care apps that you can try out. Some of these apps have overlapping functions, and others are more specialised.
