What Actually Happened at Paris Fashion Week with Maison Margiela’s Glass Skin Makeup (35+ Shows)

What actually happened at Paris Fashion Week - the Superbowl of fashion - featuring the sensational Maison Margiela show, along with the secret to Pat McGrath’s amazing glass skin makeup. For this Fall 2024 Mens and Spring 2024 Couture season, we are back in Paris for 35+ brands. In channel firsts this season, we are covering world renowned saddle maker Hermès known for Birkin and Kelly bag fame. Additionally, we take you along to our first ever Louis Vuitton show designed by Pharrell Williams, and our first ever Kim Jones show for Dior Men. We can’t forget John Galliano’s groundbreaking Maison Margiela couture show. Unlike New York Fashion Week, Paris is double the length of time, and gives us the opportunity to dive deep into our favorite brands like Rick Owens, whose inflatable boots price will likely shock you and whose flight jackets and low Ramones are still consuming the fanbase. Other fashion brand staples of PFW like Sacai, Junya Watanabe, Walter Van Beirendonck and Issey Miyake’s Homme Plissé are all back with incredibly innovative and exciting designs. Clothing brand Airei debuted a spectacular performance art piece, and we talk to newcomers Winnie New York and Kartik Research. KidSuper brought famed footballer Ronaldinho to fashion and Botter delivered incredible Reebok collaboration shoes. In this double feature, couture fashion heavyweights Robert Wun and Miss Sohee make an appearance, as do icons Viktor & Rolf. Inclusive design is first at brand LR3 and Jan-Jan Van Essche talks to us once again about his incredible clothing.
