【珍食】神秘の漁「つけば」で捕獲した天然ウグイを出すお季節限定店

千曲川ほとりで季節限定で営業している「つけば」でウグイ料理を堪能してまいりました。「つけば」とは集団で産卵をするウグイの本能を利用し、産卵に集まった魚をカゴに溜め、産卵に上がってきた魚を捕獲する猟法です。
つけば小屋の営業は4月〜10月までですが、ウグイ漁は6月までの為、ストックがなくなり次第ウグイ料理はオーダーいただけない場合もあるようです。

▷Koi Nishi no Tsukeba
We have enjoyed Ugui cuisine at "Tsukeba", which is open seasonally on the banks of the Chikuma River. "Tsukeba" is a hunting method that uses the instinct of Ugui to lay eggs in a group, collects the fish collected in the spawning in a basket, and catches the fish that have spawned.
If you attach it, the hut will be open from April to October, but since Ugui fishing is until June, it seems that you may not be able to order Ugui dishes as soon as the stock runs out. ︎
