長野県南佐久郡にある八千穂漁業さんでは特産品である信州サーモンだけではなく、日本一デカい岩魚「信州大王イワナ」の生産に成功しました。特殊な方法で育てられたこの魚は通常のエゾイワナより成長が早く大きくなる事が特徴です。そんな貴重な魚を生で食べてきました。
