この世にはまだ知られていないナマズがいる。琵琶湖の一部でしか捕獲できないレアナマズを食材として出すお店「舟倉」

滋賀県長浜市にある舟倉さんにお邪魔してまいりました。舟倉さんは漁師が経営する飲食＆民宿で、ご主人達自ら捕った琵琶湖の食材を使った料理を振る舞う珍しいお店です。その中でも今回は特に珍しいイワトコナマズを注文し食べさせていただきました。
