Natto -fermented soybeans- ☆ 天然藁納豆の作り方

Do you like Natto? Natto is a traditional Japanese fermented food. I hope you like it! enjoy;)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Ingredients:

300g soy beans
some rice straw

Instructions:

1. soak soy beans overnight.
2. cook with a pressure cooker for 15 mins.
3. put soy beans and rice straw in a yogurt maker or something.
4. let it ferment at 104F/40C for 24 hours.

「材料」

大豆 300g
藁 適量

「作り方」

1、大豆を一晩浸水させます。
2、圧力鍋で15分ほど調理します。
3、大豆を藁と一緒にヨーグルトメーカーなどに入れます。
4、40℃で24時間ほど発酵させます。
